We will deliver to the address specified by you upon checking out on our website.

We offer three delivery options:

 

 

 

 

48hr National Delivery

Orders Received By	Estimated Delivery Day
Monday 1:00pm	By Wednesday
Tuesday 1:00pm	By Thursday
Wednesday 1.00pm	By Friday
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday	By the following Wednesday

   

 

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. We cannot take the order inside a building or to any other floor other than the ground floor. It is the customers' responsibility to take the order into their house, unfortunately our drivers will not be able to enter the customers' house. This is to ensure both customer and drivers' safety.

 

For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business, but unfortunately, we are not able to come to your desk.

 

We deliver to all UK MAINLAND* addresses for a fixed charge of £9.99 for every 25kg. We currently provide Next Day or 48hr (depending on your address) Free delivery when your order is above £100 and does not exceed 25kg.

 

48hr National Delivery: Available to all UK mainland addresses

Click & Collect: Available to anyone but with limited availability and specific pickup timeframes. If you happen to be more than 4hrs late to your pickup, the items will be returned, and you will be issued a full refund. We will never charge you a delivery fee with Click & Collect.

 

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.

 

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
